The Eernisse (pronounced Er'-ni-see) Family has been performing together since 2004. Dad, Lee, had a vision for a family music ministry to encourage the people of God and evangelize the lost while strengthening family unity. This was accomplished through retirement home ministry, church music opportunities and community music events.
The Eernisse Family Music Ministry operates by faith. There is no fee. A love offering is appreciated.
We are family musicians and singers who want to serve the Lord.
Congregations have been particularly delighted by our little guys performing on their violins.
Lee and Becky Eernisse are graduates of Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC. Lee graduated as a trombone performance major and Becky as a math teacher. Both have a heart for encouraging families, blessing the elderly, and sharing the message of salvation through Jesus Christ.
Our group is available for full service and ½ hour concerts, for churches, retirement homes, for seniors groups, camp meetings and revivals. Concerts also include Scripture recitations and testimonies.
Our Statement of Faith:
We believe in the inspiration and preservation of the entire Bible. The Bible is God’s Word to man and is the final authority for faith and practice. Man was created by the direct act of God as described in the book of Genesis. Man chose to sin in the garden and thus separated himself from God.
Death has now passed upon all people for all have sinned. We believe in the incarnation and virgin birth of Jesus Christ, His atonement for the sins of mankind by the shedding of His blood on the cross of Calvary, the resurrection of His body from the grave, His ascension into heaven where He is now seated at the right hand of the Father, the eminent return of Christ. We believe in eternal life for believers and eternal torment for the lost.
